At iBlush, we’re here to support your wellness journey and make it completely risk-free. If iBlush doesn’t work for you, we’ve got your back with our refund and store credit options!

Refunds

Available for first-time purchasers of the Flush-Free Starter Kit, Flush-Free Minis, Drink Smart Duo, or Wine Sensitive Kit only within 14 days of your order arriving. A $15 AUD refund processing fee will be deducted from refunds.

Store Credit

If you purchased any of the following products, we’ll issue you store credit of equal value so that you can try something else:

  • iBlush Patches
  • iBlush Gels
  • iBlush Tablets

To request a refund or store credit, email us at info@iblush.com with your order details and a quick explanation of your experience. 💌

Here’s the twist: we don’t require you to send the items back! Instead, we encourage you to share the love - pass iBlush along to a friend or loved one who might benefit from it. Many customers find that what didn’t work for them is a perfect match for someone else.

For orders with free shipping, the standard shipping fee for your country will be deducted from your refund or store credit to help us cover part of the shipping costs. Any shipping fees you paid during checkout are non-refundable.

Important Things to Note

  • We do not offer refunds or store credit for change of mind. Be sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase! 
  • If you bought iBlush from a third-party retailer or marketplace, please contact them directly for their refund policy.

Damages or Delivery Issues

Uh-oh, something went wrong with your order? If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, let us know ASAP! Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@iblushshop.com, and we’ll make it right. Be sure to hold on to all packaging and snap a quick photo to help speed things up.
